SERVICES
The insurance broker offers the client services that consist mainly of identifying and assessing the risk that the client faces; evaluation in terms of assigning specific priorities to specific risks. This does not include price evaluation, which is done by the inusrance company.
Furthermore, the broker designs an insurance program, which is basically a structure of various types of protection against the consequences of risks whic the client faces.
Subsequently, the broker searches the insurance market for a partner who would insure this insurance program for the client - insurance company, reinsurance company, insurance association, etc.
According to the law, the broker is mainly an insurance intermediary, so the service is perceived as an insurance product (property insurance, car insurance, etc.).
